Who we are

MANSTOCK Cleaning & Facilities is a trading name of MANSTOCK LTD (company registration 13896512), Suite D, Easy Access Self Storage, Richmond Street, Ashton-Under-Lyne, OL6 7ES. We are the data controller for personal information collected through manstock.org. Contact: office@manstock.co.uk or 07554 522 656.

What we collect and why

Enquiry and quote forms — name, contact details and the information you give us about your requirements. Used to respond to your enquiry and provide a quote. Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Job applications — the details you submit on our careers forms, including National Insurance number, right-to-work status and (for security roles) SIA licence details. Used solely for recruitment. Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract and legal obligations around right-to-work and SIA licensing checks.

Analytics — if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to understand how the site is used. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time (see our Cookie Policy).

Security logs — we store a salted, one-way hash of your IP address with form submissions to prevent abuse. The raw IP address is not stored.

How your data is handled

Form submissions are delivered to our office email via Web3Forms (our form-delivery processor) and stored in our own secured database. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Data is retained only as long as necessary: enquiries for up to 24 months, unsuccessful job applications for up to 6 months, and deleted submissions are purged within 30 days.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request portability. To exercise any right, email office@manstock.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
