1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of manstock.org and the supply of cleaning, facilities and security staffing services by MANSTOCK Cleaning & Facilities, a trading name of MANSTOCK LTD (Reg. 13896512), Suite D, Easy Access Self Storage, Richmond Street, Ashton-Under-Lyne, OL6 7ES.

2. Quotes and bookings

Quotes are free and remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed when we accept it in writing (including email or SMS). Prices quoted are fixed for the work described; additional work requested on the day may be charged and will be agreed with you first.

3. Access and cancellation

You agree to provide reasonable access to the premises at the agreed time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge of up to 50% of the booked service value. We will always try to reschedule first.

4. Our service standards

All operatives are trained, insured and identity-verified. We carry public and employers' liability insurance. If you are not satisfied with any clean, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to put it right at no charge.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our total liability in respect of any service is limited to the price paid for that service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, or for indirect or consequential loss.

6. Website

Content on manstock.org is provided for general information. We may update the site and these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
